Agricultural Drones with advanced sensors and imaging capabilities are giving farmers new ways to increase yields and reduce crop damage.
Providing growth maps and health reports in a timely fashion is currently the most mature application of drones in agriculture, but it is not the only one. Other applications are on the map – such as using drones to not only plan fertilizer application, but to dispense fertilizer directly. Ability to increase water optimization is particularly valuable in drought-stricken areas and by increasing water and fertilizer efficiency, drone technology also helps reduce excess fertilizer that runs off into nearby rivers and streams.
Lima Europe is taking part in agriculture drone trials where our drones apply fertilizers in order to review and test water optimization, product safety, correct dosages and our foliar fertilizers efficiency. We combine latest technology and expert analysis to help farmers improve their economic performance.
